Consulting for Nature and Environmental Governance in the Caribbean

Hi! I'M CIARETTA!

I’m Ciaretta Profas — a senior program manager with 10+ years delivering nature restoration and marine governance programs across the Dutch Caribbean. I work at the intersection of policy and implementation: translating donor priorities into operational programs, aligning governments and NGOs around shared outcomes, and managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements from design through delivery.

My work spans coral restoration, mangrove conservation, protected area governance, and sustainable financing. I know the institutions, the decision-makers, and the landscape.

Who We Work With

Our clients are organizations that need senior-level expertise without a full-time hire — institutions that operate in complex stakeholder environments and need someone who understands both the policy landscape and the operational reality of delivering in the Caribbean. We work with international donors and DFIs, conservation NGOs, and government entities across the Dutch Caribbean and wider region.
